Matthew Scott - Director
has worked in the Drug and Alcohol field for over 12 years, as consultant, practitioner, service manager, trainer and commissioning manager for both adults & young people, and now Substance Misuse team leader for the Department for Children, Schools & Families (DCSF).  Matthew worked on the development of the DUST Tool (recommended by DCSF), & wrote the associated training programmes now used in many Local Authorities across the UK.  He also lectures on the University of Kent's Addictions course, delivers a variety of training and is the Director of Tonic Consultants.
