COMMUNITY BUDGETS

At TONIC we believe things can be done better if we are innovative, inclusive and get the right people to buy-in.

Around fifty Local Authorities will get Community Budgets this year and at least a further sixty by 2012-13, focusing on families with multiple problems.

"Less ambitious than Total Place" (Lord Bichard); "the only option for cash-strapped councils" (The Guardian); or a chance to "create the conditions for communities to invest in their own success" (Deputy Prime Minister).

TONIC have been at the cutting edge of Community Budgets and public service innovation, with a highly experienced team.  See more of our work and get in touch to discuss how we can help you: www.tonicconsultants.com or call Matthew Scott 07827 339 761
